German Grammar in Practice (CEF Levels: A1 -- C1)

  • General Information

The aim of this seminar is to develop the attendees' theoretical knowledge and practical application of a wide variety of phenomena commonly occurring in German grammar, and thus improve their practical communication skills in German.

The areas of study covered in the seminars include:

  • Reading
  • Listening
  • Use of English
  • Speaking
  • Writing

Naturally, major emphasis is put on speaking (in class) and writing (out of class) as these skills are essential to mastering even the most complex structures and patterns found in German grammar.

 

  • Scope of German Grammar in Practice

The seminars are divided into competency levels (according to CEF) as follows:

  • Pre-Intermediate (CEF A2 -- B1)
  • Intermediate (CEF B1)
  • Upper-Intermediate (CEF B2)
  • Advanced (CEF C1)
