The aim of this seminar is to develop the attendees' reading, writing and speaking skills required to master business communication in German, and thus gain the knowledge and confidence needed to become effective communicators in the working world as regards both letter and email writing.
The areas of study covered in the seminars include:
- Reading
- Writing
- Use of English
- Speaking
Naturally, major emphasis is put on reading and writing as these skills are essential to mastering the day-to-day written business communication in the working world.

The Business Correspondence series introduces a specialist seminar focused on gaining useful knowledge and developing practical skills in the field of Slovak-German business letter and email writing.
The main areas of study covered in the seminars include:
1 General guidelines on German and Austrian business correspondence
2 Study of major business letters (eg requests, offers, orders)
3 Email communication in the digital age
It is, of course, possible to adjust the syllabus to the students' specific needs and requirements.
